When entering the shop with my trolley i was stopped by the security guard and told i could not enter the store with my trolley, when i asked him why he ignored me and proceeded to search other people, i then asked him again why i couldn't enter the shop with my trolley and he said very rudely those were the rules, I then asked him if i could leave my trolley at the door next to him and he asked me with whom i was leaving it with sarcastically. At this point i was disgusted by the treatment he was giving and demanded to see his manager, after asking him thrice he pointed to the counter where the manager was, i then went to the Manager and explained to her what had just happened she gave me a sour look (already filled with attitude) and told me that the security was right, i then asked her why i was not allowed in with my trolley she then telling me that all MR Prices had this rule of which i told her was utter rubbish as i had shopped at other Mr Price stores (Cresta to name one) and this rule was not applied, i then told her i knew my customer rights to good service and she responded i must not tell her about my customer rights, and that i was making her angry, wouldn't give me her nam
