NO CARE 'MANAGERS' ATTITUDE

I spent 2 hours shopping for goods until my trolley was full. Estimated R5000 worth of supplies. Went to the queue to check-out which was right to the back of the store. I was waiting in the queue for at least 20 minutes when I had an emergency call and had to leave. Couldn't find any manager on the floor, so asked at the gym section if I could leave my trolley to be looked after as I would return at 15:45 (1.5 hrs later) so I could then check out. On my prompt return my trolley was not around. I went to some yellow shirts standing around near the tills. Told them politely what had happened. They asked me the name of whom I left the trolley with; I said I didn't know. When I saw him I pointed him out... the 1 so called 'manager' asked him to confirm if he'd indeed look after my trolley. So I said 'now what'. This so called stroppy 'manager' tells me it mustve been backpacked. What a waste of my afternoon!!! He offered zero appology until I insisted he did that at least. His arrogance stunk to high heaven. I told him he is useless. He tells his 'security' to take my card to cut up and to put me out of 'his' store. Sis, I am a middle aged woman! Utterly disgusted and never to return!!
