I am so disappointed in Ellerines George I started last year to pay my account off firstly the amount payable were R805.00 then i went to the store to tell arrange to pay my account off R500 We phoned their head office in Cape Town and that was fined by them.
Arrangement R500 pm I am still paying my account the interest is getting higher and higher is it posibble that on a monthley basis they can charge so much interest The 3 piece Set I have is only a year old and the Basin is broken know Im paying and paying for a broken thing. Must I right the Umbudsman a letter concerning this interest matter or will you attend to it. And on top off that they hand me over but im paying.
