Cell phone contract

I went to the Menlyn shop on Thursday 28 February and handed in all the forms for a cell phone special contract.

I went in 3 times during the day and they were off line. They phoned me on Monday to say I can pick up the phone, went in again and they were off line again. Pathetic. I ask the saleslady to cancel everything and I, m so disapointed with the service. will never buy anything from them.
