I went to Bride & Co Rivonia, to but shoes, shirt, tie, cufflinks, belt, basically everything except my suit. The store was full of "assistants", and very few customers (unsurprising). I waited 25 minutes while employees walked past me and looked me in the eye, without greeting me or offering to help. Reluctantly, I waited behind a gentleman purchasing his items to speak to the employees behind the counter. When I eventually got to the front, I had to deal with the most unhelpful of individuals, who simply did not feel like helping me. He brought out a pair of shoes for me to try on, and then disappeared. I had to find him again, as he had given me a size 11 when I asked for a 9. I eventually just decided it was in my best interests to leave. Bride & Co Rivonia are obviously making enough money and don't need a few grand from me.
