I was very excited to purchase 4 pairs of Brides maid shoes at Bride & co. I tried my shoes on in store and they fitted great, so the shoes were packed into a box and I purchased them. I opened up all the boxes when I got home and they were all the correct shoes. On the night before the wedding I opened up my box of shoes (which I tried on in store) and attempted to put them on, only to find that only the one shoe was the right size and that the other was about three sizes too small. I don't understand how this mistake could have happened, and it resulting in me not having matching Brides maid shoes on the day of the wedding, which was a huge disappointment to the bride. I understand that there is a 14 day return policy, but these shoes are of no use to myself or anyone else as they are two different sizes. I am hugely frustrating by this and do not think that this sort of mistake should happen in a store if this calibre.
