I am getting married in December and as a wedding favour my fiance wants to give a cigar to each male attending the wedding. I sent an enquiry to Alex Jacovides at Clippasales on the 22nd February, by the 25th February I had a response, a really great price, exceptional customer service and I was able to collect my cigars by the end of that week from Nicole at the smokers den at Bedford Centre. Upon collecting the cigars I noticed there were others that would fit into my colour scheme a lot better and when I contacted Nicole Jacovides to ask if I could possibly swop the cigars, I got an almost immediate response and such fantastic service. I was able to go back and swop the cigars out with no hassle or fuss. Well done to both Alex and Nicole for making me tell every second person about your amazing service and recommending you to everyone I meet. It is not often we find such great customer focused people.
