Fantastic Service

I am a Durban bride, and had spotted a pair of shoes monehts ago in the PTA store when i was there.
I have since decided on my dress, and wanted to get the shoes i had seen.

I emailed all the branches, descirbing the shoes, and cost etc and asked if a pic could be sent to make sure they knew i was talking about the right pair.
I got such a quick responce from the Canvendisha nd Canal walk stores (the other branches havent bothered to reply yet).

They emailed a photo and have kept them aside so my bridesmaid can go and buy them for me.

Ramona (Canvedish) and Nadeen (Canal Walk) were both so helpful. even checking which branches had my size etc.

Well done to both stores - keep up the fantastic service!
