Can someone please respond to my e-mail dated 28 February 2013 which was sent to [Email Removed] I have requested the same thing over and over with your telephone consultants and they refused to assist me. In return I keep getting phone calls and collection letters regarding my oevrdue account but when asking for a plan change or a permanent arrangement for a lower installment u get shot down. I cannot afford the current monthly installment, just bring myself deeper into debt by borrowing the money every month. your urgent assistance is appeciated. I hope your consultants will provide better service in future!
