I have been complaining with no help to this store. i bought for R4261.00 over 12 months but my installment is R1388.85. I called the customer service today, after holding for more than 50 mins i got through to an agent who was rude and made me repeat 1 thing for a lot of times, i eventually ran out of airtime. As a result of this ridiculous installment my cellphone service has been suspended though i paid last month.
This has been a problem for months now, they wont rectify it, instead they will add collection fee, telephone and letter fees. They make people drown in debts and inconveniencing clients. i tried to terminate the airtime contract but was told that 6 months its still fresh, "what is fresh? the contract is very inconveniencing and they don't disclose all the information when you take the contract.
