On the 16th of December 2011 i bought a Bally Mens shoes at Bally in Mandela Square for an amount of R4950.00 less 20% discount i end up paying R3960.00. Within 6 months that i shoe was damaged and even a blind person could notive that because of the leather material used to design that shoe. I went to Bally to lay a complain and they drag for so long to attend to my query. 2 weeks back i insist to the Manager that this has being draging for too long and now i need an explanation of what i should do with this shoe. she (manager) took the picture of the shoes and said he is sending the pictures to their head office in Switzerland. after 4 days i called her to find out the out come from Switzerland and she told me again that they havent come back to her. Only today (04/03/2013) she (manager) called me and inform me that the Head office said they cant do anything.
It is so said that after spending such amount of money and after dragging so long with my concern today they tell me they can't do anything. I can even count how many times did i wear this shoes since i bought them.
I will never ever or encourage someone to buy shoes from Bally. I respected this brand so much but not anymore
