I received a garnishee order of R642 from htn attorneys then my HR and I requested if they can give me reduction in my monthly installment as i have financial problems.they said i have to make the 1st installment then they will consider, last month the 1st installment through and i submitted all the documentation they've requested to the e-mail address [Email Removed] up to date i haven't received any feedback and today the second installment R642 went through and i'm left with nothing.i just forwaded the documentation i've sent to Sharon to the lady by the name of Anissa which i was also communicating with her on what to do to request a reduction i'm also awaiting her respond.can someone please give me feedback or clarity on what is going on with my request please...
