Hey Guys.
I applied for a Woolies credit card last week Wednesday at your Promanade Branch. I received an SMS stating my application is in process. It's a week later and I'm still waiting guys.
Everyday I get a call and it says, please wait for an important call. I stay on the line and no one answers. Someone got through to me once but I was too busy to chat. She arranged a call back for me and again "I am still waiting for my important call"
Could you guys please arrange for someone to call me or contact me via e-mail.
I would really appreciate it.
