I called in to Ster-Kinekor on 26-05-2013 to book 2 tickets for Fast and Furious 6. Explained to the consultant that my credit card is damaged and I won't be able to swipe it. She advised me that it's okay I can just quote a reference number. Got to branch in Mitchell's Plain Promanade, was told that this is not possible, I had to pay to watch a other movie. Was told by Manager Zukiswa Tom that I will get a refund. I am still waiting on my refund. You guys are my money. I don't see why I have to phone in when it's clearly not my fault. The reference number that you guys gave me was #10344102. I promise you guys if I don't get my refund I will go to the Ombudsman and make sure you guys pay a fine.
