I didn' want to do this, but man you're services are bad. I've been trying to get myself a new credit card, have my statements sent to me via post and have my daily limit increased.
I have a credit card with you guys for nearly 3 months now and would still like all of this done.
Guys come on please, this is Woolworths - You guys are suppose to have awesome customer service.
I call into your call centre only to waste my time and pay for the call. I get transfered from the one department to the other department. I work in customer care and suggest that you guys consider Merchants to outsource for you guys. You consultants will never last in the customer service department. If you guys don't assist me ASAP. I will get me a other Credit Card and Close down your one.
