We have a policy with you guys but I sent you guys a mail last week and you still haven't called you just keep on sending me emails saying you need this and that but everything was included in my email the id number n the ref: number but no call yet. and I the other thing is you don't read the email that I send carefully I also requested you guys to call me back to change my new contact details but you never return the call. and also when we call we would hold for about 40min on line waiting for an operator. Theona is the only person that replied but she was on behalf of mfc saying we sent an email to the wrong department but it shows on the website we must email care@mfc... but we still haven't heard anything its been two weeks now.
