I would like to thank Tefo Kunene (Northgate Edgars Manager) for the great service he gave us yesterday (03-March-2013). One of my friend lost his edgars card last week and we went to Edgars to make a payment using his passport but the lady (noma/lihle cant remember her name) we got there was so rude not wanting to help us after asking the manager the manager was so willing to help and at the end we manage to make a payment and replace the card. Thank you Tefo for servicing your customer we need more people like you.
