Bad customer service

Bad service I received at Edgars Mamoponya mall at 17:35 on the 04.03.2013 from a lady that referred herself as Meikie yet till slip says Anna Machilo not sure if she gave me her correct name because she did not have a name tag on.
Firstly I greeted her because she was not willing to greet me, I then told her that I wanted to pay R100 then asked her what the required premium is? " R240 she said " I agreed to R240 that's when she started being rude and said she already swiped my Edgar's card she will swipe both Edgars and my Cheque card twice to make up for R240 with an attitude. when I said she should cancel everything she gave back the cards immediately I then asked her to call the manager and she said I'm gonna have to wait ."don't mind I said". Manager came and everything was done then I asked for her name and surname in front on her manager she then asked me why her surname.
