I leave in the Cresta area. I always purchase at Markhams Cresta as it is convenient for me and stuff is always help full and always go extra mile to assist me. I know everyone in that store and every time I go to a function I just go to them and they will assist with what I need to wear.
On Sat (02/03/13) I went to Markhams. I was talking to one of the stuff as usually to assist me with an outfit for the function I am going to, I showed her on my cellphone what kind of function I am going to, I was with her for about 20 minutes when she got called by a manager that it is unacceptable to take that long with a customer.
I felt very insulted to learn that the manager thought I was there to clothes, I am really I had a small handbag to fit my cellphone and my wallet, I did not know a person need to be under pressure when taking time to purchase, this is insulting and humiliating.
