I lost my edgars card and it was my date to pay my debts. So I went to edgars active in dobsonville to pay with my I'd book and the cashier by the name of RHODA MOKGETHI told me that I can not pay with my I'd book, I should apply for another edgars card. So I applied for a new card there at the shop and paid R1000, this was on the 26 October 2013. On the 9 November 2013 I made a purchase of R829 with the same edgars card. Few days later I received calls from edgars telling me that I owe them R1200, n I told them I made my payment on the 26/10/2013 of R1000 then I was told that they haven't received any payment then I explained that I did the payment at edgars active in dobsonville and I was given a new edgars card which I made the payment there and there. They wanted my new edgars account number which I provided them with it then I was told that the account number was not registered over my name but sumbodies name. I went back to the shop and told them what has happened and I was told that they will resolve the matter. Ever since I haven't received any call or sms about the matter until today the 11/12/2013 I got an sms that said I was handed over to the lawyersm please help me.
