Good Day
I bought a fridge from Russell Kerk Street and it was delivered at home (Lephalale place called Keabetsoe). The fridge starting giving problem by not cooling, Russell came and took the fridge for repair and the returned it not fixed. The second time (2010) August) they took it, it never came back until even today. I went to Russell and phoned the head office and I was told without a pick up slip they can't help me. You are my last hope please assist me. It breaks my heart the fact that I paid for something I don't have.
I was adviice by Kerk Street Russell Manager Freda and employee Edward to do an affidavit but still they refuse to help
