Lewis Stores. Pritchard Street, Johannesburg. I purchaged a Russell Hobbs fridge from Lewis. I was told it was marked down becuase of a few scratches and was happy to pay as i saw the fridge and once I was told it worked I accepted the dent on the side. When I got the fridge I nicely packed my stuff in my fridge and by the third day realised that the meat was melting the freezer section was not working.after a while and lots of call lewis called the fridge two fridays ago. i have still heard nothing. Today no one can help me but Tilly the salesman who helped me is at work.
I must admit that the gripe is not with Russell Hobbs per say but felt that it is necessary for you guys to know what is going on. I have a child who is mentally and physically disabled and I have to cook for him a day before so I need a fridge. Lewis is giving me very bad taste in my mouth about this hold thing.
Please help.
