I opened an account with Russels Kerk Street, i purchased a fridge, however they did not deliever it, i waited for 6 weeks, i requested precious to cancell the account and she assured me that it is cancelled, that was last year end of december, now i get an mms advising me about the account, i told them that account was suppose to be cancelled last year, i called the customer care spoke to Ralph, no help, called Kerk spoke to the manager. Maria she tells me to go to the shop to cancell the account, and i need the charges to be reversed at the debit is not going to go through, i need somebody to call me as i spend so much time and money calling with no help
