Towards the end of January 2013, I bought a number of items at Furniture City Woodmead. After 3 weeks, I have still not received my complete order, and requested the store to refund my money.
Despite numerous calls, emails, faxes and a visit to the shop, I have been unable to receive the refund, and keep on receiving silly excuses i.e. the shop is unable to debit my credit card, emails & faxes were not received, head office was suppose to phone me, etc.
Funny how quickly you can buy items, but when there is no service / delivery then no one wants to speak to you.
I am considering making this a legal matter.
