We bought furniture at Furniture Boksburg in December 2013. Paid cash for the furniture, scheduled a delivery for the 2nd of January. We only received our furniture the 5th of January. After we phoned them 20 times, and each and every time they tell us they will phone us back..they never did. We also dealt directly with Ellerines, they do the deliveries. We had to sit on the floor for 4 days because of they negligence, and we waited for 4 days to deliver the furniture..sitting at home..after we had appointments that we had to cancel. And they also to us a few times, saying our furniture is on the way from Boksburg. And then it never pitch.
I cannot believe I paid delivery fee..for such bad service.
I WANT A REFUND!!!
