In November 2012, I bought furniture at Rochester Woodmead and received the the worst delivery service. The furniture never arrived on the scheduled day of arrival, after I had arranged to be home all day to receive the delivery. The Manager at the store then told me that they will deliver the following day but they do not have stock of all the items that I had purchased. This was never mentioned the day that I had purchased the goods except for 4 pieces of furniture which they asssured me will arrive in 2 weeks. They finally managed to deliver my furniture 4 days after the purchase with the 4 pieces still outstanding. A month later they tell me that they still do not have stock of my 4 outstanding pieces. And they asked me to choose other items. I spoke to the Regional Manager, who said that he will speak to the relevant people involved and call me back. I am still awaiting a call from the Regional Manager. It is now 2 months later.
