I put a compaint on Hello Peter and received a response the next day.
A lady by the name Margaret Hills replied to my Complaint (08:05:11 | Tue 28 May 13).
I will note that I did receive a call the same day, but since then I have not heard a single thing. Is It House and Home procedure to say we will get back to you and then don't call or give you an explanation. 1 phone call does not do anything for anybody. I will ask again is it House and Home whom sell a T.V that last a year (with money I used from my wedding as gift) and then say it will cost R5000 to fix them? That is correct 2 T.V's not working???
Is something going to be done or will it be passing the buck??
Highly irratated and annoyed House And Home customer - I have bought furniture and so many other things from house and home. Should I or everybody be buying our things at another Franchise?
