On 2013-01-26 i purchased a product via cna online store, today I'm still waiting on delivery!
During the month of February i purchased continued to phone their online queries department but one
Never gets thru to them! Today 2013-02-27 i eventually got through to a person who introduced herself as Lebogang, i made the query and she told me my purchase is with the courier company and that i should give it another week! I explained to her that from the promised 2-5 days delivery promise waiting a month is ridiculous and that i want to know where my purchase is! As i already paid on the same time as i made the purchase.
Lebogang then made me the promise to get all sorted and phone me back immediately! I am still waiting!
What a disgrace it is to get run around by a reputable company like this!!!
