GAME TOOK MONEY TWICE!!! REFUND WANTED

Good day,

Today I went to buy some goods at Game Ellisras. Things were messy with the tills when we got there, having problems with the systems and the tille needing to restart every 10 minutes.

Credit on my game account on the last sms was R842.11 that I can buys for, came at the till and good cost R464.69, gave my game card, then something happend, she swiped, and swiped again any suddenly the card was declined, strange knowing there is credit available. She swipes it 2 more times declining the card. I then had to spend cash to pay for the groceries. Went to the car very angry and sad, then asked a credit response sms on my credit again, and SUDDENLY there was only R308.83 available, THE GROCERIES WENT OFF THE GAME CARD AS WELL!!!

Went back emmediately to game to fix the problem, was sent to 3 people not understanding what the problem was. Waited more than an hour then got told they have to write a letter what happend and then they will try refund the R464.69 back to my debit account. Left all my details with Nicholis at the credit desk. But im now worried I WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY back because it didnt seem like the guys at GAME Ellisras wanted to help me.
