On the 26 of January we went and bought a dinning room suite at Geen and Richards furniture and before we can purchase we did ask all the question to the sales rep that is dinning room suite on stock and when we purchase how long will it take for them to deliver, he told us that is 7 working days counting on the day we purchased.
But as we speak we have not received any delivery from the store and when we call them they keep on telling us that the delivery will be done the following week, and my Aunt as she was the main person who purchased the dinning room suite she keep on follow up with the store almost every week from the day of purchased as when will we get our Dinning room suite, but we been promised one thing after the other that it will be delivered, We going on our fourth week living with the promise that it will be delivered and it has come to a point that will ask the store to refund us our money as the service is very very poor.
So if by today the is no delivery made to our house from Geen and Richards will be going tomorrow to collect our money.
