I had purchased a bed on Dial-a-Bed online on the 12/02/2013, to be delivered on the 02/03/2013, enough time for Dial-a bed to see to what was needed to ensure delivery on the 02/03/2013.
After purchasing it online, someone was supposed to call me to confirm the purchase and the other relative details that go with it. Some body did phone me and left a voice message with no number to contact them back on. I managed to get a hold of a lady in their deliveries department (after a good few tries) and eventually she confirmed everything.
Today is the 04/03/2013... I still have not received my bed, no one was able to help me at all.
I managed to get hold of someone today, who mentioned that the bed I ordered was not in production and the Supplier would still have to "build the bed", surely this could of been done in the time between my purchase and the proposed delivery date. On top of that, I had to ask him to phone all the Dial-a beds in the JHB area, as one of them should have the specific bed I ordered, he still has not gotten back to me on this.
Appauling service from a company that prides itself on being efficient, I would not recommend the online store to my worst enemy
