Judgement and open acc

To whom it may concern

I am enquiring about my acc. I have n judgement on my name that i would like to have removed urgently. Would like to know wat the procedure is for this to happen.
(2) i received a credit report last month and on it i have 2 accounts for you JDG trading. I have paid my account up to date as i had a debit order of R450-00 for the outstanding balance. Please let me know what the 2 accounts are about and what will be done about this matter.
