Hi Johnatha i am still awaiting feedback from you as to wh yit is taking so long to have the judgement rescined after you resonded that you will proceed with it. I know my rights and that i have been served with a judgement by default. firstly i never received any formal letter that if i dont pay i will have a judgement taken out and i was never contacted when you guys experienced system problems to debit my account the same account i use to receive my sallary. When i signed the debit order agreement it was not even explained to me that if i dont pay this is the action that will be taken against me. This was sa matter in 2010 why did youll leave it for so long or youll thought of ading cost that you had a garnishee order which you had stopped after i battled to get into contact with your offices no one ever repsonded or supplied me with clarity. After i went to Capitec in Brooklyn they told me my account was paid up but i wont get another loan then i contacted your CPT office and the lady confirmed and she said she will follwo up now youll deny it and its dissapointing. It cant be taking you so long coz i had just removed one from my name i took the letter to court and it was done.
