I ordered a product (order number 695), of which was never produced. Payment was confirmed received so I requested a refund. I waited a few days and no refund. Phoned Christelle at [URL Removed] and she told me that my refund would take 15to 20 working days even though I never received the order. Reason provided the refund needs to be approved by their financial dept?!? Other than this little to no feedback by mail. You have to phone and then this is the response.
