I took a credit report from Transunion this morning only to find out that Absa had placed a Judgement on an account that i am not aware or is old as 10 years (assuming).
My credit card was paid of in the past. I would like to know how this happened and why i was not informed, clearly this was not a default judgement, as the record on Transunion states otherwise.
There is also no attorney details to contact etc. I am curently highly irrate. I called Absa offices and they dont seem to have any info with regards to this Judgement.
I would like Absa to please rectify this matter and remove this Judgement from my Transunion profile, i am a businessman and this is not helping my company in any way.
Please get back to me urgently, as i have mentioned there was no correspondence from Absa with regards to this account.
