Mouldy bread before expiry date

Dear Sir/Madam

I send a complaint via the Tiger brands site a month back and to date no feedback. We buy the low gi bread, recently we notice the bread is becoming mouldy before the sell by date. Also the quality of the bread on purchase is not fresh. At stores we are paying at times R12 to R13 and for the bread and for it not to last is disappointing
