Still Waiting for Replacement

My daughter received a Wii for christmas as a present and also a 2nd Pink Wii Remote. Since this was a christmas present it was never tested before the 25th of December when she unwrapped it.
The Pink Wii Controller was faulty from the get go. It was returned to Makro on the 8th January 2013 and was sent to the supplier to be inspected. I was told it would take 3 working weeks. Its now the 27th Feb and i'm still waiting to be contacted to tell me whats happening. I expect better service from one of South Africas largest retailers and now internationally owned franchises.
