Still waiting!

On the weekend of 16 November, Makro had a special on the Windows 8 update. I went to the Cape Gate store to buy one for my husband as a Christmas present. They were out of stock, but took my name down to let me know when the stock that they ordered from the Ottery branch came in. The sales assistant that I spoke to said that it would be at the store by the following Thursday. I waited two weeks and still heard nothing. I phoned on 2 December to inquire about the progress, only to be passed from person to person and finally find out that the stock was never ordered from Ottery. My details were taken down again, because this time they will in fact order the stock and let me know. Another week went by. I phoned again yesterday to ask about the progress. The person I spoke to did not know anything about it, took my details and said that he will take up the situation with his manager and phone me back ASAP. I am still waiting on feedback from them. All I want to know is if I need to start looking for another present for my husband!
