Groupon has shown me the meaning of pathetic service. I ordered an iPad cover in NOVEMBER to be delivered within FOUR weeks, as per their groupon, as a Christmas present. This groupon was advertised as a Christmas gift. it is now HALF WAY THROUGH JANUARY and STILL NO PRESENT!!! It has been over SIX WEEKS!! Must I give up on receiving this order? has groupon my money??? I have emailed customer support and received ONE reply in December, but since then I have heard NOTHING. I have never been so disgusted with service, having to wait SIX weeks for something that was promised to me in less than FOUR weeks. DO NOT MAKE PROMISES YOU CANNOT KEEP, DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON DELIVERING IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! I thought these two concepts could be regarded as common sense, but groupon has proven me wrong!!
What is going to be done about this???
