Good Day
Yesterday (26/2/13) I purchased some goods for my wife as it is her birthday today. I purchased it at The Glen as it is the closest centre to my work. It was Ginger Mary products, which i thought was South African products but the labels say made in China (explains poor quality complaints). None the less, when I purchased the goods I explained to the lady that it was a gift, i asked her if I can remove the labels, she showed me the line where to cut the labels, she said if i just cut the price off it will be ok. I asked her if my wife will be able to exchange the goods if she is not happy with it as i am not to sure is she will like it. She said no problem, no explanation of any gift vouchers.
Now today my wife wanted to exchange 2 of the products at Westgate and she cant unless she has a gift voucher. This is a joke. The items are still in the same conditions with tags but no voucher.
I will now have go with her this weekend and take the slip with. I just think its ridiculous.
And don't worry about a reply, I already know what its going to be as I read the very long list of complaints. I can copy and paste it myself thanks.
