Watch keep on going back to Supplier/repairs

I bought a DIESEL WATCH (R2000), within 3 months the wrist belt became loose, and it fell which it damaged the spring bars inside, I found it weird for that to happen since I own 3 more cheaper watches and that never happened, on the 16th Jan I returned back since its still under warranty, the sale assistance agreed to book it in for repair but insisted that I should pay, I wasnt happy about that but since I wanted it to be fixed I complied. On the 26 Feb, I got a call from Edgars informing me that my watch is back, I then drove there, but when I checked the watch it wasnt properly fixed, and the person who phoned me wasnt there, they said they'll have to retake to the supplier which could take almost the same time, how could I buy a R2000 watch but its seems like I dont own it since its forever at repairs. It's high maintaince since I always have to take it back for repairs, go and check it if its fixed, all those really me off bcause I spend money to go there. And all the 3 sales ladies never want to take any responsibility, they point back to the supplier, but I bought the product from them, and as a customer I've to be happy and satisfied with whatever product I buy.
