I Bought this Tempo watch for my boyfriend for his birthday. After 3 days the inside numbers came loose. I took it back to American Swiss and said the watch has been abused and they can't replace it. They will send it back to be repaired. The service was good, nothing to complain about.
Received the watch back after 6 weeks fixed. Used the watch for 1 day and now the wrist band broke! How is it possible that a brand new watch can have so many problems. The charcoal colour also comes off and is busy turning into silver after a total of 4 days of wearing?
Will have to take it back again for the wrist band to be replaced! I don't think this is a good advertisement for Tempo as this is not a cheap watch I bought.
