Brand New Watch - not repaired

I bought a Bad Boy watch at Edgars Centurion for my Fiance in Desember 2013 - on the 11th/12th. During his first day of wearing it (the Friday) the watch, after he washes his hands, steams up on the inside. Since this watch was not even 2 days old, I immediately returned it to Edgars Centurion Mall and it was booked in for repairs. I expected a new watch since they have a 7 day return policy. In January 2014, on the 4th, we returned to Edgars since we have not had any feedback yet. The manager could not locate the watch and mentioned he will phone me during the week of the 6th. I have not yet heard anything pertaining this watch. No sms from repairs or Edgars. It has now been a month and my Fiance wore that watch once. This is really not looking good for Edgars. Try phoning them today, the phones just ring. I would like a reverse on my Edgars account since a bought the watch on credit and get a new one. A reward for the wait will also be really good Edgars. Very disappointed.
