I received a call from Total Sports in connection to an account which was opened fradulantly on my name. The agent informed me that the account has been investigated and closed. I have requested her to email and post a letter from Total Sports confirming the above and todate have not yet received it. I would like Total Sports to email me the letter confirming that the fradulant account has indeed been closed for my future reference. I believe it's bad customer service to promise people service on the phone and not bother to deliver on that. Please email the letter to [Email Removed] or Simangele.
