Good Service levels do really exist

I needed a bottle holder for my Samsung Fridge just befoire christmas - could not find it in any store and also phoned Hirsch North Coast Road - Spoke to Ms Avika, she was helpfull and pleasant, she directed me where to get the serial number and other details and took my contact details. i received a call in 1 min advising me that the supplier had the part and it would take about a week - all i had to do was pay a deposit at the hirsch store, She arranged for me to go to my nearest store springfield and arranged with a Mr Nathaniel, she took care of the rest, Recieved a call from mr nathaniel on the progress and on friday i was asked to come in on satureday and pick up the part -Between them they made this whole process run smoothly, felt like a well oiled machine. Well done to Hirsch - Mr Nathaniel Moonsamy and Ms Avika went that exrta mile for a part that costs R140, they made me feel special as a customer and gave me that service that one wants to expect. When service levels are at an all time low and when one recives this service all we can say is some one is doing something right - I definately know where I am buying my next appliance, Well Done to the Hirsh Spares Team
