Wrong pricing and bad attitude

I went to PNA for back to school supplies and my daughter chose a pencil case from the shelf. There were about 5 cases stacked on the shelf with the price right below them of R91, 95. When I got to the till they charged me R119.90. I then said to the lady that it is wrong, the price on the shelf is R91, 95. I asked to see the Manager. They called Marco to come over, and he first finished (within my viewing range) whatever he was doing on the shelf and eventually came over. That took quite a few minutes. They called him about 3 or 4 times! When he eventually came he did not want to give it to me at the shelf price. I explained my dilemma to him and he said customers sometimes put the stuff on the wrong place. I said really, 5 neatly stacked on the wrong place? He did not want to give it to me at the lower price. We argued for about 5 minutes and he did not want to see my point. I asked for his name and he said Marco, write it down. With the attitude see where it will get you. I phoned PNA head office on Monday and they said they will phone me back, the guy dealing with this is in a meeting. They still have not phoned me back. The opposite of their mission statement on their website!!
