I was looking for a bottle shelf for our refrigerator - Samsung, i phoned around and could not get one from most of the major dealers, I called Hirsch and spoke to Ms Avika Kanhai from Hirsch Warehouse, This lady was excellent in her in her product knowledge, she took my details and promised to check with all suppliers and will call me back - i received a call back in 1 hour and was advised they have the part and i would have to pay a deposit for the part - I live about 10km away and she made arrangments for me to pay it at the Springfield branch - She even called a person by the name of Nathaniel and arranged for him to take over this query, I went in and paid my nathaniel and 3 days later i received a call from Nathaniel that the part was on the way, he will call once it is in the office - I could not believe the excellent service that i recieved. Ms Avika has to be commended on this - it was a busy day and during the Christmas period but this young lady made me feel like i was the only customer. Mr Nathaniel called and advised the part was in - All done in under a week. So well done To Ms Avika Kanhai and Mr Nthaniel Moonsamy and to Hirsch for grooming a winning team.
