I am really disgusted in the manner in which the Hub handles their so called " No Payments". I have been paying my account every single month, then in January 2013 I pay my account about two days late and I get a phone call and then branded as a non payment to my disgust. No matter what I tried to say it still brands me as a non payment. There were months that I paid in an amount even though my account was paid in full but I still continued to pay in an amount but they will not phone me then and say thank you, NO, one slightly late payment and you get phoned, " why have you not paid? ", how pathetic can your PR still be. I will not be buying anything further from the Hub in future, I will be setteling my account this week and close my account from you forever. NO MORE HUB SHOPPING FOR ME EVER AGAIN.
