Incredible Connection

I successfully opened an account and was issued a Connect Card mid January. To-date I am yet to receive any kind of communication advising what my installment is. Upon calling the Call Centre, I was given an amount of R724.98 and this amount seems excessive when the account is meant to be over 24 months! I queried why it was so high and was told to contact the Credit Manager at the branch where I made my purchase. I did this and they informed me that they were not the people who decided upon credit limits nor installments etc. Now I do not know who to contact and still do not know what the terms and conditions of the account were as no-one bothered to explain any of it to me!!! In addition, not having received prior warning as to what installment I would have to pay, and obviously not having budgeted for such an amount, there will be some kind of problem with my account and I will get a bad name with the Credit Bureau!
