System error on my installment since Nov 2012

Since November last year, I have queried my Edgars installment, my credit limit out of choice is R2150. However, I seem to now have a fixed installment of R477.80 on a balance that varies between R1400 and R 900. When i queried this with customer service I was told it was a system error, that to date has not changed. I received first the excuse that my credit limit caused my installment to increase so why when my balance was R 900 was i still paying an installment of R 477.80 or for that matter such a low credit limit account for a high installment? My account is 6 months interest free, I am tired of paying the same installment despite my balance decreasing!! Common sense will tell you that R 1400 over 6 months does not amount to that installment and I will not accept the excuse that its because I am CLUB member. It does not make sense. I refuse to call your customer service again to receive countless unfounded excuses for why my installment does not change!!
